The Bar JUNI and Irene Menakaya Foundation International USA emerged from a legacy of educational excellence, building upon our founders' pioneering work in establishing the first early childhood education center east of the Niger River in Nigeria. Their vision of "My Child Is My Pride" continues to guide our mission as we expand educational opportunities globally.
Today, we're transforming lives through innovative programs that address the United Nations 2030 Agenda on education. From our Global Teachers Classroom and Community Education Centers to our RURAL+ digital learning initiative, we're creating sustainable pathways to quality education for underserved communities worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and scholarship support for less privileged families, we're ensuring that education remains a powerful tool for community empowerment and positive change.

Empowering Communities Through Educational Excellence
Global Teachers Classroom
An innovative digital platform connecting educators worldwide to share knowledge and best practices. We provide professional development resources, foster collaborative teaching networks, and host virtual workshops. Teachers access comprehensive teaching materials and participate in expert-led training sessions to enhance their teaching methods globally.
Community Education Center
A dynamic hub transforming traditional education spaces into centers of community learning. We offer local literacy programs, technology-enabled learning facilities, and community libraries. Our adult education programs focus on practical skills and professional development, making education accessible to all ages and backgrounds.
Less Privileged Education and Scholarship
A comprehensive support system providing quality education to those facing financial and social barriers. Our holistic scholarships cover tuition, materials, and technology access. We offer specialized programs for single-parent families and students with disabilities, ensuring inclusive educational opportunities for all.
RURAL+ Initiative
RURAL+ (Remote Understanding and Rural Access to Learning) bridges the digital education gap in developing communities through sustainable technology solutions. We establish solar-powered learning centers, provide teacher training for digital tools, and engage communities in maintaining educational infrastructure.
